你的CV自我介绍不是LinkedIn简介，是四句话的科研宣言

你的CV Professional Summary不是职业履历浓缩，是一句话论证：你的科研方向指向哪里，而读者恰好在那个路口。

凌晨两点，你对着CV最顶上那个框发呆。'Professional Summary'或者'Personal Statement'，三到四句话，告诉招生委员会或者博后岗位的hiring committee你到底是谁。你翻了一下LinkedIn，看到某个博后写了'results-driven researcher with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration'，你默默关掉标签页。你才研一，你的'职业成就'是洗了三个月烧杯、读了四十篇文献、给导师跑了两次数据、发了一篇workshop的poster。你没有industry experience。你的简历上没有任何一行字能证明你'在行业里摸爬滚打过'。但你还是需要那三句话。而且你需要它们听起来不像一个22岁在纠结措辞的留学生。

核心转换只有一个：学术CV的professional summary回答的不是'你取得了什么成就'，而是'你在朝什么方向构建，以及你已经证明你能做什么'。你是specialist-in-training，不是specialist。你没写过专著，没带过team，没在industry里救过fire。但你有methodological fluency，有一个narrow research question半夜三点还在拽你，有一条trajectory。读者不需要你的career highlight reel。他们需要你intellectual direction的一段thesis statement。把它当成一篇还没写的paper的abstract，只不过主语是你。这个转换一旦做对，'没有experience'就不再是缺陷，而是你正在路上的证明。

具体到操作，四句话结构。第一句：你是谁+你在训练什么方向，给一个具体label。不是'I am a motivated student'，是'I am a computational biology MSc candidate specializing in single-cell transcriptomics'。第二句：你具体做了什么，一个可量化的动作。你design的protocol，你跑的2400个cell的screen，你co-author的那篇workshop paper。第三句：驱动你往前走的gap或question。你的subfield里什么问题让你反复reread同一段话？第四句：你的trajectory和这个specific position/program的交集。为什么是他们的lab，不是隔壁那个。四句话，句号。如果你需要五句，你在pad。

现在看改写，这才是真正救命的部分。❌'I am a motivated and detail-oriented graduate student with a strong foundation in data analysis and a passion for quantitative research.' ✅'I am a computational linguistics MSc candidate with hands-on experience in Python-based NLP pipelines, including a 12-month project extracting discourse markers from 3.2 million tokens of clinical interview transcripts.'第一句等于什么都没说。第二句把数字、方法、领域全拍在桌上。❌'During my master's program, I developed strong analytical skills and gained valuable research experience under the supervision of a distinguished professor.' ✅'Over fourteen months in Dr. Chen's lab, I designed a CRISPR-Cas9 screening protocol (n = 2,400 cells) that reduced off-target rates by 34 percent versus the control condition.''valuable research experience'是面试时紧张才会说的话。写在CV上就是filler，招生官看到会直接跳过。❌'I am eager to contribute to your team's ongoing research and further develop my expertise in machine learning applications for NLP.' ✅'I am seeking a research assistant position where I can extend my transformer-based anomaly detection work to clinical time-series data, building on the workshop paper I co-authored this spring.''eager to contribute'是挥手的文字版。把extension写出来，把paper写出来。

Tone的校准和结构一样重要。你不需要听起来像senior professor。你需要听起来像一个做了活、清楚自己能不能做、方向明确的人。Confident, specific, slightly forward-leaning。避开hedging stack：'I hope to potentially explore possible avenues in...'不。'I am training to investigate why X fails in Y context.'如果你的句子里出现'passionate about''strong commitment to''dedicated professional'，你在借别人的声音。删掉。换成名词和动词。You do the thing。不是you passionately do the thing。学术CV的summary最忌'我很努力我很积极'，最要的是'我知道我在做什么，我做得出来'。

你的四句话写完了，读起来还是像LinkedIn About section的学术版？问题通常是每一句都在复述CV下面bullet points的内容。你的summary应该加一层下面的内容没有的东西：through-line，'为什么是这些而不是那些'。用easydue跑一遍不是换同义词，是检查每一句是否earn its place。如果工具标记某句和你的publication list或skills section重复了，那就是你的cue：删掉，写真正的thesis。你不是在decorating，你是在arguing。

你的CV summary不是职业履历的浓缩，是一段话的论证：你的下一章应该发生在他们的lab里、他们的program里、他们的table旁边。你不需要industry experience来证明自己professional。你需要一句关于'哪个具体问题让你凌晨三点还在reread同一段话'的话。找到那句话。放在第三句的位置。其余三句只是证据：你没有在胡扯。这就是全部。
