Capstone Proposal
It is imperative to elucidate the multifaceted implications of the aforementioned phenomenon.' 把show换成elucidate,把important换成imperative。
Furthermore。''Moreover。''In addition。''Consequently。' Furthermore, a semi-structured interview protocol will be employed。''Moreover, thematic analysis will be conducted。'
而一句第一人称加具体细节——'I spent three weeks in the lab observing X'——把检测器A拉到0.693。
Problem statement。❌:'This project endeavors to contribute to the extant body of knowledge regarding sustainable urban drainage in Southeast Asian megacities。' ✅:'I grew up in Jakarta. The 2023 floods shut down my neighborhood for eleven days. No engineering literature I found addresses drainage retrofit in informal settlements specifically. That is the gap.' Methodology。❌:'In order to investigate the aforementioned variables, a mixed-methods approach will be employed, further supplemented by triangulation。' ✅:'Surveys first. Two hundred households, stratified by flood frequency. Then six interviews. If the numbers show X, I drill into why. If they do not, I stop and rethink.' Timeline。❌:'The project will be conducted over approximately twelve weeks, with deliverables at regular intervals。' ✅:'Week 1-3: site access, ethics clearance. Week 4: pilot survey. Week 5-8: full data collection. Week 9-10: analysis. Week 11: draft. Week 12: revision with my supervisor. I need the ethics form signed before week 4.'
